Tasked with giving their digital and social identity a makeover we honed in on their brand pillars of science, nature, and service while dialing up their irreverent, playful New York heritage and attitude–qualities that make the brand stand out in the category.
Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cream: Campaign
We were tasked with creating a social media campaign for Kiehl’s all-time best-selling product, Ultra Facial Cream. Inspired by after-school specials and classic science fair experiments, we created a series of snackable “science experiments” that demonstrate the effectiveness of UFC in unexpected and surreal ways.
Kiehl’s Loves: Global Campaign
Kiehl’s was launching their city-specific travel line in partnership with Ali Mac, a local NYC illustrator and Hwang Chi-Yeul, a global K-pop star. We created a campaign that interwove their narratives–positioning Kiehl’s as the perfect travel companion whether your creative journey takes you across the globe or inside your mind.

We partnered with John Legend to create a video that introduces Kiehl’s new eco-friendly platform. The truth is, the brand was far from perfect. We wanted to acknowledge this truthfully. Our messaging solution: Better is where we began in 1851, but better has no end.
